Producing quality vinyl extrusions is the corner stone for our business model, and a big part of our success. As today’s manufacturing environments become increasingly automated, the importance of consistent, quality profiles has never been greater. We work with the leading machinery suppliers to gain an understanding of how our extrusions will be processed. Through this knowledge, we can implement design enhancements to take advantage of any manufacturing efficiencies without compromising performance.
Proudly certified by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), our extrusions are sold throughout North America. Vinylcraft undergoes regular audits to ensure materials are tested in accordance with AAMA-303, and submits samples for weathering tests. Regarded as a benchmark profile certification program, we test all our extrusions to this standard for products labelled under:
- Canadian Standards Board (CSA)
- Canadian Window & Door Manufactures Association (CWDMA)
- National Fenestration Research Council (NFRC)
A special group of team members takes on the responsibility of Quality Control. These individuals have been trained on how the extrusions we produce will be fabricated, importance of fit and functionality criteria, and will visit client facilities to better understand how material is handled.
